Daniel McKeown has extensive experience as an executive in the natural resources sector. He has worked with the Seacrest Capital group since 2012, and has over 10 years of corporate finance advisory experience in the energy industry. Previously he was Head of Development Capital, Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. and an investment banker in the UK Advisory Team of Goldman Sachs International and the Oil & Gas team at Perella Weinberg Partners. Daniel was also a director of Egerton Energy Ventures Limited and an investor observer to the boards of RockRose Energy and Transfermate Limited. Daniel holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Dublin, Trinity College. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe’s Master in Management programme holding a Diplôme de Grande Ecole, a Diplom-Kaufmann and a MSc in Management Science.
Daniel was a co-founder of Azinam in 2012 as a senior member of the Seacrest Capital Group investment team and has been Managing Director of Azinam since September 2018.
Torgeir Dagsleth has over 27years of experience finance and accounting in the oil and gas industry. Torgeir holds a Bachelor´s degree from BI, Norwegian Business School. Torgeir is currently a Chairman of Fortis Petroleum Corporation AS, and a board member of Azinor Catalyst Limited and AzEire Limited. He has extensive international experience, previously Director of Finance, Azimuth Group, CFO of Terra Global, VP Finance at Kongsberg Automotive and has held various positions Petroleum Geo-Services ASA.
Torgeir has been Finance Director of Azinam since March 2013.
Uaapi Utjavari has more than 12 years of experience in African new venture exploration. Most recently, he was Executive E&P Manager at National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR). Uaapi holds an MSc (Merit) in Exploration Geophysics from the University of Leeds. Uaapi is also Chairperson of the Namibian Petroleum Operators Association. NAMPOA is a forum representing all Oil & Gas exploration companies operating in Namibia and enables effective communication on vital issues to key stakeholders including the Government of Namibia.
Uaapi has been Vice President Exploration of Azinam Limited since May 2015.
